Deposits & Payment
To secure your custom project a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of materials and supplies is required at the time of booking. If you’re using your own fabric there will be a $25 handling fee due when you deliver your project and fabric.
 
The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
 
To secure your workshop seat, full payment is required at the time of booking.
 
 
Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and time-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once materials are purchased or services have begun.
 
That said, our goal is always client satisfaction — please reach out if you have a concern, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
 
Reschedules
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a consultation, estimate visit, or workshop, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
 
Requests made with less notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of deposit, depending on the situation.
 
Cancellations
Canceling a project or workshop after booking may result in a forfeited deposit and/or a materials reimbursement fee if supplies have already been ordered on your behalf.
 
Project Scope & Changes
All custom upholstery projects are priced based on the agreed-upon scope.
 
Any changes to size, fabric, detail, or timeline may result in a new estimate and must be approved before work resumes.
 
Workshop Terms
Workshop tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to another person or reschedule for a future date with at least 72 hours’ notice.
 
No-shows and last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
 
Photos & Social Media
We may photograph your project or workshop for our portfolio and social channels. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know at the time of booking — no problem at all!
